Quality begins with a shared reference
Before an order is agreed, buyer and supplier need the same understanding of the product. Dimensions, appearance, construction, finish and packing should be recorded with the approved sample. Where a performance or documentation requirement applies, it needs its own clear acceptance criteria.
Agree checks around the product
- Material and appearance: review the agreed references and acceptable natural variation.
- Dimensions and construction: check the specified features using the agreed measurement method.
- Assembly and finish: review the connections, visible surfaces and supplied components.
- Packing and identification: compare protection, labels and carton details with the order record.
Keep supporting documents specific
Reports and other evidence should identify the relevant product, construction or formulation and the conditions being claimed. General statements about bamboo do not establish a finished product’s food-contact suitability, environmental attributes, electrical safety or load performance.
For bamboo-powder containers, the qualification review covers complete composition, intended use and item-specific documents. Read the packaging buyer checklist for the questions to prepare.
Resolve changes in writing
Keep revisions, sample decisions and any accepted departures with the order. The agreed inspection arrangement is confirmed for the project. Tell us your quality requirements and include any customer specification or inspection checklist that needs to be reviewed.
